GrFinger Desktop Identity adds biometric recognition to any out-of-the-box application. There is no need to change the target application nor creating a single line of code.
Let's see how it works. First you need to register fingerprints with GrFinger Desktop Identity, linking them to a text identifier. Then when you touch the fingerprint reader, GrFinger Desktop Identity compares the scanned fingerprint with the ones stored in its database to verify your identity. If there is a match, it submits the text identifier to the keyboard buffer or Windows clipboard, making it available to the current foreground application as it was entered by the user himself. Since GrFinger Desktop Identity runs in the background, the entire process of capturing, verifying, matching and submitting to the text identifier becomes completely transparent to the target application.
